These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed on-line with Magnetic Bracelet Company. Please read carefully before placing an order, these terms do not affect your statutory rights. By placing an order you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions.

Orders
On-line transactions are processed via a secure online payment portal, all major credit and debt cards are accepted. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registerd card holder. All products are subject to availability.

Delivery
We aim to post order within 1 to 2 days of receiving them (Mon-Fri). Delivery depends on your local services and can vary. All packages will be sent by recorded delivery.

Shipping charges
Free delivery on orders over £50. Orders under £50 will be subject to a standard £3 shipping fee.

Right of cancellation
You do not have to give any reason for cancelling your order, this is an accordance with the distance selling regulations.

You shall be liable for all costs incurred in returning products to us. We shall not be obliged to accept any products returned if all costs have not been paid in full. All goods must be returned in original condition and packaging. Worn or damaged items due to your negligence will not be accepted or refunded.

Products
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary. We accept orders in two different currencies, Pounds Sterling and Euros. As far as possible currency conversions are are made using the most recent conversion rate. Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omission.

We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without notice.

Guarantee policy
Products are guaranteed against faulty manufacture for 12 months (unless otherwise stated within the product information tabs) this is subject to normal wear and tear, and under normal and proper use for that product eg: bracelets, bangles that have been subjected to excessive bending or detergents which may in turn cause plating to wear prematurely or magnets to corrode. Claims against general wear and tear, misuses, or accidental damage as invalid claims against the guarantee. Faulty or damaged goods will be repaired, replaced or credit given depending on the circumstances.

We do not assert or infer any medical claims or the guarantees of cures.
